Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The manager staff is Ok. They have just been taken over by new ownership not as good as the former.

Most residents have lease agreements whereby dogs and cats are ok, now the new owners sent a newsletter announcing that no pets are allowed. Well, the OK pet policy has been one the the major atractions to this apartment complex. Once they refuse pets, the whole property will be "empty".
