I have been living there 2 years and now going into my 3rd year. I live close to the management office. It is true about the parking spaces, if you come home after 7pm. Then you have to park way in the back and those spots are extremely small, not to mention when you park back there under the tree, the pigeons really get your car good. Now they are under new management, and they do a good job of keeping the grounds clean and fixing up the place. One of my problems is pet owners who do not pick up after their pets. There are bags posted in select areas for this purpose but they don't pick up the mess and it smells. The new management staff are friendly, in my opinion and I get good response to my maintenance problems. I am definitely going to speak to them about repainting those parking spots in the back. The car wash used to be free but now we have to pay (new mgmt). Heavy rains do create heavy floods from 104th Street all the way into the complex. I have had to put as much of the back of my car on the sidewalk, crawl over from my front seat to the back seat and stand on the edge of the door and jump from the car onto the sidewalk, still getting wet. All in all, my experience has not been that bad. I am a bit upset, after reading the other reviews, to find out that I will not get my deposit back when I leave.
