Dont waste your money

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I have lived here for 3 years. If you dont mind lackluster management, no parking, ants, and roaches then by all means live here. Oh yeah the maitenence is very slack, if at all. The rent is jacked up every year. Theft, and vandalism run rampant. I THINK they accept section 8 so you know what lives here. P.S. I hope you own a gun...
