We living here 2nd year. Unfortunately we moved when renovating started. And it is still going on. A lot of noise from this. They remodeled some things in the complex, but in general it is not the best. It is hard to get fixed if samethink broken in your apartment. You are very lucky if they fixed it when you asked first time. You need to ask it again and again. We been flooded from apartment upstairs. Walls was wet. Smell was horrible. We thinking to move out when lease will be finished. A lot of people moving out right now. They are increasing the rent every year. I will no recommend this place.
