Management is Horrible

The management is awful; the property manager in particular. After a year of living here, nothing has improved with the service. When a man entered our apartment while my wife was getting out of the shower I called the office immediately to let Sarah Mandalay (property manager) know what was going on and see if someone was scheduled to come in for extermination. She was too busy to take my call, or the next ten or so I left through the rest of the day. I continued to call for the rest of the week; she has never returned my call.
This is the most serious occurrence, but I really could go on for pages and pages about numerous instances where there were serious problems and the staff (specifically Sarah Mandalay) chose to ignore the problem and the residents.
I work with someone who lives here in another building. At least once a week one of us has a new horror story having to do with the awful management we are forced to endure. If the management were changed, this truly would be a great place to live, but until it does I can't recommend moving in. Horrible property management can inconvenience your life more than you realize, and may put your safety in danger.
