The buildings are nice and well kept, same for the grounds and the drives and parking area. The manager and her staff are of a level of sevice and quality that totally and completely negates ANY positives of this property. Three and a half weeks to get a second parking space (sitting in the office daily, waiting to get an audience with the manager), over three months to get a copy of the lease (and then, only after prodding and making a pest of myself over it). And now, it's over 8 weeks and after having signed off and "like new condition" by the same manager, we are still waiting for our security deposit back. To say the very least, it was "renting hell".
