This is a pretty good place to live. Too bad it's turning into condos that can be up to $400k. There is a bit of a noise problem here, but the management usually confronts problem tenants relatively quickly. The office staff has always been friendly to me and helpful if there is any problem. There is assigned parking here in a garage, so that is super nice. NW 7th St isn't the most trendy street. A lot of the business and other apartments are older, but commuting from here is a dream because this complex is so close to the Dolphin (836). This is a good place to live, but I don't know how much longer they will be renting due to the condo conversion.
