If you even think of moving there, have someone slap some sense into you! The manager, Sara, runs a little dictatorship that generates moneys for her pockets as she skims off the top for things like parking and "incidental" fees. She is unreasonable and unprofessional.

And now, after the BLUE LAGOON BOMBER has struck, they have no compassion for the other people in the people in the building. There is no sympathy, much less financial relief for those innocents who were kicked to the curb for 4 days while Sara sat there, almost amused at the whole situation as it unfolded. Don't rent here and don't let your friends rent here.

she wasnt amused.... due to the condo conversion it was out of her hands to do anything about it because of the limitations she has with the association when it comes down to property damage issues and so on. She did try her best to help and for the people that asked for her help, they received it. She in no way pockets any of the damn money for the 4 days, in fact she gets paid the fricken same and had to work out of her office helping everyone else out because of these issues meanwhile she herself who lives in building 4 couldnt even get inside her own damn apartment. so while everyone was bitching and complaining to her about not being able to go back to their apartments, she also couldnt go back to her own. so she had bigger fish to fry then all of you did due to the millions of problems she had to deal with. Also, they even had to call the ambulance on her while the 4 day issue was going because of all the stress she was going through, she almost fainted 5 times just that day, not to mention the other dizzy spoells she was having because of the tremndous pressure she was going throughout all those days.

Sorry, but if you are going to accept the pay and title of manager.... that it kind of obligates you to be a manager.... "unto who much is given, much will be required" It's just a fact of life, so put on your big girl panties and get over it Sara.
