I was fooled by the word "Luxury" .... I was fooled by the screening they said they did to insure the safety and classy atmosphere.... I soon learned of the ghetto-like mind of the manager, Sara. She could best be described as Jaba the Hut in the movie Star Wars. Taking 2 hour lunches on a schedule that is never the same two days in a row. Unprofessional is the absolute nicest thing you could say about the management at Blue Lagoon. And then there is the bomber incident.... the residents were left to fend for themselves. There was no communication, no offer of assistance, no leniency on rent for the four days we were forbidden entry. No professionalism, no class, just a bad reputation that apparently keeps growing by the day.

listen up, just to let you know, Sara is a damn good manager. It is not her fault that she has over 200 residents that like to call her evryday to complain. dont thiink for one second that the job position she has is just about sitting in the office all day waiting for complaints to roll in and/or to collect rent only. you have no concept what so ever as to the times she gets in and the time she leaves. She works from 9am/10am to 8pm earliest and quite often you can see her leaving work at 11pm because of all the damn legal matters and paperwork she has to do. and for the lunch comment, she doesnt have a scheduled lunch because people like yourself that are so adament on speaking with her dont allow her to have a specific lunch time. if it isnt the parking issue its something else... and yet she tries her best to deal with it all. also, her lunch hours do not go for two hours... in fact, so she wont be out of the office twice in 1 day due to the large amount of work, she takes one hour for lunch and she uses it to go to the bank and pick something up to eat thats quick. And in reference to the money back for the days you missed from the 2 day problem we had, if you idiots havent failed to realize, YOUR LIVING IN A CONDO COMMUNITY.... which means that if you are living in a rented unit, the only damn way she can get your money refunded would be if the owner agrees, Legally they are the ones to decide that, so dont blame her or Blue Lagoon for that. And she did try to help during that problem but there was SOMEONE whom shall not be named but if they read this they will know who they are.... that did not allow her. and even with that holding her back she did try her best.... i would love for you to sit your ass iin her office one day and see all the crap she has to go through on a daily basis... only to have to be under appreciated by you ungrateful people.

Who in their right mind would think that people like to call the same moronic person day in and day out? Especially when the results is always the same. Avoidance from the manager and when you do get to tsee her, then all you get is that blank stare like a deer caught in the headlights of a car. There has to be a disconnect somewhere between Sara's mind and reality. She has no concept of what service is, or what integrity is, of what common sense and personality is. Protect Sara and take care of Sara...that is all that is important. And if you doubt that for one second, then take a look, a good look at where she parks and how she parks. As everybody knows, parking spaces are at a premium here and Sara (who has direct control over the parking situation, and also has only one vehicle ) not only disallows any body to park in the space next to hers, but then uses two spaces to park her vehicle....... a silver Ford Expedition Florida license #557-AFC. So you see, Sara does only look out for Sara. She is NEVER in the office that late either. She can usually be found trekking to her apartment on the 16th floor of building #4 at 6:00pm sharp... not 6:02pm or even 6:01pm but right on time. Hell, why would she stay in the office? She refuses to talk on the phone or see anybody after 5:00pm. United Property Management? Perhaps they should rename it Incompetent Property Management!! Afterall, truth in advertising!

You are absolutely right!!! If you think about it, Sara should be parking out on the street so that PAYING renters can have a place available (or in Sara's case, TWO spaces) to park. You have to hand it to her, she HAS learned how to play the system!!
