I have been leaving in blue lagoon since 2006 and have not had all the problems that others have. The property is always well kept and housekeepers are very hardworking and pleasant. When I first moved in I had issues with parking but the manager took care of the situation, but not in a timely manner. My visitors have not had any issues with paarking. Security is very nice and polite some do not speak english but that is not a big deal. If you leave in Miami you should assume that not everyone speaks english. He condo it self is very spacious and fits all my needs. I would recommend Blue lagoon to my friends!

This person either lives in a vacuum or like to be a masochist. They admit they've had problems...but that's okay, we'll live here anyway. Maybe they would be happier living on the levy in New Orleans

Blue Lagoon Contact Log.

March 1, 2006???moved in. copy of the lease promised in 15 days. Discussed need for extra parking space at the end of April, when my fiance moved out of #___, and was told that we should come in and arrange for it at that time.

March 28, 2006???Stopped by lease office to see if they had our copy of the lease yet. I mentioned it would be nice to get it by the time the second month???s rent was due. Was told it wasn???t here.

March 29, 2006???stopped by lease office for a copy of the lease??? was told it wasn???t here.

March 30, 2006???Stopped by lease office???still no copy of the lease.

April 1, 2006 --- Stopped by lease office. Paid April???s rent but they still had no copy of the lease for us.

April 3, 2006--- Stopped by the lease office???still no copy. Asked to make an appointment with Sarah, was told that she doesn???t accept appointments after 4:00pm. Due to current work schedule this was not an option for me.

April 4, 2006--- Stopped by the lease office???no copy to be had.

April 5, 2006--- Stopped by lease office--- by this time the girl at the desk is just telling me ???no??? when the door of the elevator opens.

April 8, 2006--- Stopped by the lease office???asked for a copy??? then asked for th original so that I might make a copy. Was told that ???we can???t do that???.

April 10, 2006--- Was told again that there was no copy for me. I asked if I could have a contact number of a person higher up the ladder than Sarah. Was told that she didn???t know who that would be but it would be someone at corporate. When I asked where corporate was, the girl at the desk said ???I don???t know??? I asked her the name of the company name and she said ???I don???t know??? . I then asked her that, when she gets her pay check, there must be a company name on that check and she said ???yes??? so I then asked, ???what is that company name that is on your check??? and she (reluctantly ) admitted that it could either be UNITED or MILTON. I thanked her and went about a search on the internet.

April 11, 2006 --- with the printed results of my internet search in hand, I went to the leasing office once again to se if I could get a copy of the lease. This time, a different gentleman (new I presume) asked if I could produce some identification. I gave him my driver???s license and after a few minutes in one of the offices, the man came back out into the lobby, returned my driver???s license and informed me there was no copy there for me.

April 12, 2006???situation the same??? asked to no avail

April 13, 2006--- Same results, no copy of the lease to be had. I asked in desperation for an appointment with Sarah. I would be off of work to take Michelle to the hospital that day and should be available after about 11:00am. We set an appointment

April 18, 2006--- We were delayed at the hospital. My appointment with Sarah was for 11:00am. I called the leasing office to inform and either cancel or reschedule my appointment with Sarah. After being put on hold the receptionist came back on the phone, offering to set me up with a 4:00m appointment that afternoon. I replied,???perfect, I???ll be there???. I showed up at the leasing office at 3:50pm and was told that Sarah would be about 10 minutes, and would I mind waiting. I said that would be fine and sat on the couch patiently. 40 minutes later, at 4:30pm, I had waited all I could. Needing to leave, I asked the receptionist how much longer Sarah would be, to which she replied, ???it shouldn???t be much longer, she???s eating.??? I said I couldn???t wait any longer, that my time was just as important as Sarah???s and asked to reschedule. We set another appointment for 4:00pm the following day. After returning to my apartment, I called the corporate office of J.Milton and associates. The woman was very polite and referred me to their legal department and supplied me with a phone number. She was apologetic about the service we were experiencing and assured me that someone at the number she gave me would be able to help.

Does anybody have the audacity to call this professionalism ????
