The place is okay, but not worth what they are charging people. I can't stand the fact that the security doesnt speak any English. The only person that I can talk to is Barbara at the gatehouse. I am moving out because this unit is going into foreclosure along with quite a few others. There just seems to be something very suspicious going on with the owners and the management company. I feel like it is some form of a scam. The people that own this unit have not paid a penny toward the mortgage and I dont think they ever intended too. I'm trying to figure out where the hell my money is going to. I also had a leak and my ceiling had a hole in it over the bath tub so i called them and the man spackled it and painted over the discoloration. I had to call so many times but they eventually came. The place above me was leaking so they had to tighten the pipe. They did fix it but it was a mission to get them to show up. They also didnt put anything down to cover the counter, floor or bathtub. They didnt even clean up or tell me what happened and if they were finished they just walked out and I had to call to find out what the deal was.
The visitor parking sucks.
The staff as employees are awful but they are ok people. I dont call the office I just go over there. They hate it but who cares.
It took me 3 months to get a water bill.
The place is kept up nice though.

I couldn't agree with this person more...... the management team , especially Sara seem to be on the take. She has asked to be paid for some of the extras in cash, so who knows where that money is really going

All this time and all the aggravation Sara has caused...why do they keep her? I found out what they pay her and she practically is doing this job for the rent money on HER apartment.... no wonder she doesn't assume responsibility or take ownership for any of the problems. She's a female Castro.

Sara hasn't ever done anything wrong..... if you don't believe it, just ask her! It's a shame that one person can blemish a whole organization so completely. I have recently moved out and would never ever recommend that Blue Lagoon to anybody.... It's just not worth the aggravation.
