SO SO!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 
I've lived here for 5yrs- at 1st it was good but now they are down the road to expensive. in the past 3yrs they have raise the rent almost $50-75each yr.. the maintenance and rent people are nice.. the Laundry are always a mess or broken so expect to wash your clothes somewhere else and the elevators are always broken or people pee in them..overall its ok but in few yrs they won't be worth- they are going down!
