Well i have to say i have NO problems with roaches or any pests i have never seen one in my apartment , the maintanence people are really nice and respond the same day to my concerns , they change the air filter and fumigate every few weeks.

i have to admit parking sucks its always full so u have to park all the way in the back and walk -_- , people from other floors sometimes come to do laundry cuase theirs are broken, dont even think about going to the gym here cause its basicly a few old scraps totaly not worth the 50$hmm what more...i think thats basicly it overall its okay i recommend it to people but not on the first floor unless u want ur yard full of duck/raccoon poop lol cheers P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

update- they just put new washers and dryers in every floor they work very nice but they raised the cost to 1.40 each so 2.80 to wash and dry :/ least now i can do laundry withought people from other floors comming up
