Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Move here, when I moved in, one of the leasing agents, Diane, was more than helpful, helped me get in, and even helped a cousin of mine find a job. The maintenance is great, I lived in R201, it was very quiet in that part of the complex, not sure about the rest. I was out late at night and security was walking around, that was a surprise. The location is great, right next door to the falls, everything you would need is within a minute of you. I ended up moving out because I went back to school and moved into the dorms, but I wish I could live here again. If I do get another apartment in Miami, it will be at Briarwood. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
