I lived in the Briarwood for over a year with my husband. When we first moved in we thought that the Briarwood was a nice community. Our neighbors seemed quiet and nice. Our one bedroom apartment was big. In the begining everything seemed great we had no problems with the Briarwood, but then after a few months we realize that the Briarwood was not the place for us and for these reasons.

#1.)During our year in the Briarwood the pest control people only showed up one time during the whole year. Ants where a problem so my husbad decided to take care of the ant by buying one of those ant killing spray. So if you have problems with ants or roaches expect to take care of it yourself. Also remember to close your screen door or else Gekos will go in the apartment.

#2.)The security in the Briarwood was not good at all during our year in the Briarwood we had our car broken into. The scary part about it was that it was someone living in the briarwood community as well. The Briarwood people that work in the office are suppose to do back round checks and i bet they stopped doing because during our last months in the briarwood more and more gagster looking people where starting to show up in the Briarwood community.

#3.)The appliances in the Briarwood appartments were very old.

#4.)The Briarwood seemed to have plenty of parking in the community.

#5.)The noise level in the Briarwood was loud we could hear our neighbors argue and the construction people across the street working on a house. At night you can hear airplanes and helicopters.

Overall, the Briarwood was nothing great in fact it sucked
