The management is horrible to deal with , on numerous occassions I went to them for help and every single time they said they would take care of it and never did . The people who live here seem to be very rough , if you dont understand spanish fluently do not move here . The rent is expensive relative to what you get for the price . Overall Briarwood apartments is not a good or safe place to live I cant wait till my lease expires in a few weeks , I will not be renewing !!!!!! Thank God
