Dont move here the rent is high , the neighborhood around the apartment complex is nice but the many people who live inside the complex are the problem. Extremely loud and low class. The apartments are poorly constructed and managment are extremely difficult to deal with . IF they ever get around to fixing their decaying apartment they usually are rude and do a half assed job of taking care of the problem . Avoid the Briarwood you can do better !!! BTW the smell is overwhelming they must have one trash can for the whole complex and never dump it !
