nasty / bad management!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 

1) Cockroach and ant infested units
2) Poor management & security that frequently ignores tenant requests.
3) Constant noise and ongoing renovations
4) Electricity problems, power goes out every week
5) Bad neighborhood: ( thief?s, prostitutes, and drug dealers)

I would not live there again! Look around before you rent. Horrible conditions.
