Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
I lived in the Brier Wood from 2001 to 2005 in 3-bedroom apartment. Air conditioner worked badly and our electricity bill was $180-$200 in July and August. Management was horrible and if something was broken we waited for more then a month before maintenance --- came to fix it. Toilet and sewer system always gave us a problem and did not work properly. Finally when we moved out, new management did not return out security deposit. We were told to wait 5-6- weeks, then 2-3 months. Time passed, but security deposit we did not receive. Beware of the Briarwood! This place is a mess!
