My lease is almost over and I can't wait to get out of here... I've been reading some reviews since I'm looking for a place to live but before I do, I would like to say what I think about "BROADWATER APARTMENTS."

When I first moved to Broadwater, I was very excited since the place looked peaceful, nice and clean.
First, there is no storage. The first week, since I had no room to put my vacuum, I thought I could leave it on the balcony, for my surprise, they sent me a nasty letter telling me that the balcony is not a storage area (ok, I totally agree with them but please, where's the storage') Therefore, I had no room to put my vacuum and had to stick it in the "walking closet" that it shouldn't be called walking you can barely turn around in there.

Second, it's soooo true about the noise. In the morning while you take a shower, you can hear ur neighbor taking one too.
Third, I live on the 1st floor, and the noise coming from upstairs is amazing. Fourth, they don't even clean the corridors, they look sooo dirty. Fifth, my A/C never cools, always breaks, I've called that office a million times (I even know the phone # by memory)... please, get new a/c's. Sixth, the rent increase is soooo ridiculous, I won't even think of paying one penny for this apt. Seventh, parking, Ooooh My GOSH, please don't go out on a friday or saturday night cause you won't be able to find a spot. And u know what'! I can keep on going and going but I'm just gonna stop here, I think I've said enough, don't u think''!!

P.s: The staff, is a JOKE!
