BROADWATER SHOULD BE BADWATER

I have lived at The Broadwater for 3 years now, and I promise myself I'm getting out this time.
First of all, don't let the outside fool you. When I finally got on the floor and looked around at the quality of the carpenty here, I wasn't suprised. After living here for a little while, you'll realize that your initial visit to the leasing office is just that....a visit.
The staff is pleasant before you sign the lease. They're even pleasant the first couple of times that you come in the leasing office to put in a repair order. God forbid you call to complain about the same repair for 5 months that has never been fixed! Now, you'll be treated like a "problem tenant."
The parking....forget about it. If you want decent parking, be home by 3:00 pm. And stay home. You'd think that for what you pay every month you could get an assigned parking......NOT!
Forget about "If the walls could talk.....," they do! If your neighbors are showering, listening to music, arguing or watching television you can do it right along with them.
I cannot lie about the floor plans for the apartments. They are nice and the cabinetry is modern. However, the quality is poor. If you get on the floor at look at the cabinets, it looks like the just covered up the all of the previous tenants messes with white out. In other words, they don't repair the problem, they cover it up. Not for what we pay here.....I don't think so.
The prices here are outrageous. Apparently, I'm not the only one who feels this way. This complex has more empty apartments than occupied. And after living here so long, I know why.
Do yourself a favor, move somewhere else.
