I have lived in 8D for 5 years and am finally escaping. The building is going down to slum level. Over priced and services are no longer here.

Weekly fire alarms, management would not repair the hot water for 2 weeks until the city forced them to repair it in 4 hours.

Don't move here if you want to keep your sanity.
