All of the previous reviews were accurate; there are a myriad of problems with the building, however we were happy here despite those problems. We felt that the rate we were paying was worth the hassles described. Then, our first lease renewal was almost 7%. Our renewal rate this year is a 39% increase over the second year. That's 44% higher than our initial rent when we moved in two years ago. Suddenly, the problems with the building compounded by the incrediblely overpriced rent are too much. This unit is only 830 sq ft. We are leaving and do not recommend the building to anyone at the rates currently set.
