Excessive Rent Increases. There Should Be a Price Gouging Law Against This. On an Average 20%-40% . Poor Maintenance... Broken Doors, Gym Equipment, Lots of Garbage in Parking Lots Remains for There For Months Sometimes Longer, Stairwells Dirty, Bad Odors in Hallways From Trash Ventilating Into Building. Filthy doors. Reception Concierge Girl Has A Bad Attitude.
