maintence is horrible, prices are ridiculous, they just took my renewal up $300 a month. obviously their goal is to get rid of current residents so new people will move in. the noise is horrible, don't plan on getting sleep to go to work the next day. it's bad during the week and even worse on weekends. the office staff is never in the office or at work on time. their posted office hours are bogus, they don't abide by them. parking is a nightmare, anyone can get in. i've had 2 cars hit and dented plus scratched up because people don't know how to drive while in the garage.
