When I move to this apartments the promisse was
-"COMMITMENT TO OUR PEOPLE, SUPERIOR COSTUMER SERVICES,EXELLENCE IN PRODUCT QUALITY"
and guarantees that my satisfaccion will be the same days , with your empoyes that you said they are the best"and them give me a vision HOW TO CREATE THE AWFUL LIVING EXPERIENCE"

Because in the office their goal is to get rid of current residents so new people will move in., the rental office staff are completely incompetent and the maintenance people are rude and will flat out lie to the residents. Also the office staff is never in the office or at work on time. Their posted office hours are bogus, they don't abide by them. Poor Maintenance... Broken Doors, Gym Equipment, Lots of Garbage in Parking Lots Remains for There For Months Sometimes Longer, Stairwells Dirty, Bad Odors in Hallways From Trash Ventilating Into Building. Filthy doors. This is even worse given that the pool is never operational, the garage door broken the noise is horrible, don't plan on getting sleep to go to work the next day. It??s bad during the week and even worse on weekends... parking is a nightmare, anyone can get in. the carpet was lifted when I move-in and to this date they still have not fixed all the issues. Reception Concierge mans Has A Bad Attitude . The rent increases at this property are insane. Now that it has come to renew my lease and the same apartment that they offer me, gone up to 1700 to 17020 to 1754 in two days!! Other note, the walls in this building are not insulated well, be prepared to listen to your neighbors music and conversatio

You are 100% correct about the Property Management staff. They are the WORST!! The property managers will tell you they will fix something and never follow up with you. Then you can ask them again and they will tell you no problem and then never do anything. What a JOKE. It's almost funny.

I have been a resident at Camden Brickell for 3 years and I think the bldg. and management is great. Great location and maint. has always taken care of my issues in a timely manner. I work out in the gym and use the pool on a regular basis and it is always clean and functional when I have gone to use them. I just think that some people are so negative about everything that the only thing that they have to do with their life is complain because they are so unhappy with themselves.
