Maintenance HORRIBLE, so many repairs I can't list them all

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Swimming pool leaks, multiple pipes leak, several washing machines not working, air conditioning on bottom floor took 2 wks to repair, elevators often out of service, just awful.
The rent increases have also been horrendous.
