Worst building in Brickell.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Construction noise, shady management, lack of maintenance. My stay at the Camden Brickell was an absolute nightmare. Parking in the building is dangerous. Stay away from this building unless you are desperate.

Noise through the walls makes sleeping at night a hit or miss affair, you have to hope neighbors are not in to get any sleep.

Stay away!
