- The parking garage floods
- The 1st floor floods, which means that the elevators are often out of use
- Parking was impossible, we lived there and couldn't even get a parking space because apparently we were put on a waiting list that already had 50 people on it, and those 50 also didn't have a space
- When you ask questions, the management looks at you as though you're a complete idiot

Worst living situation I've ever experienced.
