My lease is over very soon thankfully. The location is ridiculous. Especially if youre facing tenth street. There is a Skyline Condo being built right outside and there is also Red Bar underneath you as well as other restaurants. It gets extremely loud from either construction or from a crowd of people. But on top of that, you can hear your neighbors as if they were your roommates sharing your apartment. I would hardly have my music on yet people were complaining, I heard everything my neighbor was doing..and when I say everything, I sadly and regretfully mean it. The staff seem pretty arrogant, but atleast the staff at concierge/security are really friendly and helpful. I've been looking forward to moving out of this place since probably the 2nd month, but didnt want to give them the pleasure of getting a whole months rent from me as an early departure penalty. I better get my full deposit back too.
