I am not quite sure what everyone is talking about in these reviews. I understand that the apartment is a touch pricey, but beyond that I love it here. We have only been here a few weeks, and the ONLY noise I here is (maybe) on a Friday night someone playing some music. The staff has helpful (the majority of the time), and the grounds crew here are wonderful. The crew let me borrow stuff, and even helped me with something as simple as installing my PUR water filter to my sink. I feel safe here, and it is uber close to the train station which is really nice. There's a ton of stuff to do nearby; and I also know from my foray into renting that this IS the cheapest place in Brickell. I come from an apartment in a very dumpy town (Peoria, Illinois), maybe that's why I love the place so much. OR the people writing the reviews for this website are too "high class" to be living here.

I am not denying these other reviews, just letting potential renters know to not base their decisions off a stupid website. Come and check out places before you rent, don't trust this as your guiding light.
