Forget about security in this place. There were at least two apartment break-ins that I am aware of during the summer of 2009. Even though the entrance is double-gated, nothing prevents 2 or even 3 vehicles from entering simultaneously. We often get pizza for delivery and the drivers always show up at our front door without us having to open the gate remotely. On that note, our names don't show up in the directory. We've informed management of the issue at least on two occassions, which speaks to their unresponsiveness and lack of follow-through. At this point we've given up since we'll be moving out in 3 months. The common areas are very well kept and the physical appearance is probably what caught our attention and one of the deciding factors for renting here. The inside of my unit is a different story. Cheaply built and you can tell cabinets, appliances, etc. have never been replaced.
