This complex epitomizes incompetency. Where do i start: i received a copy of the lease 3 months after i signed it (even though i stopped by the leasing office on numerous occasions requesting it). When i moved in they gave me the wrong keys, did not inform me where my mailbox was. I had to try to fit each key in each mailbox since the key was not coded to the mailboxes. Add to this the fact that there are numerous mailbox centers throughout the complex, and i had to drive around to find which one might be the one that was for my building. Also, myself and other neighbors have had our cars towed without notice. The funny thing is that they put a tow notice on my car stating that i would have to move my car within 48 hours when in fact they towed it minutes after the notice was placed (I have the tow notice and the receipt from the towing company showing the same date). Interestingly, they placed a no-parking sign after my car was towed. Friendly management huh' All in all, our stay in this complex has been a rather dissapointment and i would not recommend it to anyone. To pay what we pay here you would rather go somewhere where the management is competent and friendly to its tenants.
