Parking has been a big problem since the day I moved in... despite their claim that their are "2.5 parking spaces per unit". Several legimate tennants had vehicles towed, while others continued to park their vehicles in tennants parking spaces. Typically, I park my car more 200 yards or more away from my building. Maintenance is slow at times... fallen trees across the roadway have not been removed for 4 or 5 days (more than once), and the several lights by the entrance gate were burned out for almost 2 months - making it difficult to find the entrance at night.
Summit Doral is a nice property... but think twice when the sales staff is promising you so much.
