I just bought a townhouse up the street and I am so sad to leave this property. I have really enjoyed my stay here for the last two years. Originally I had moved into Cove at The Landings located on 114th street. I managed to only live there for 6 months and had to move out due to the nightmare of the property that it was. The crime there is high, cars get broken into, homes are burglarized, people you don't know are always walking around. Well, you can only believe the relief that I found when I found Summit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, beautiful, safe place.
