I have lived here for almost a year and was thinking of renewing my lease but my rent is going up over $100.00. I pay over $1,200.00 now as it is and to be living in a 1/1 for $1,300.00 when I can finding something much cheaper is ridiculous. I'm not excited to move because this is a nice place to live. But the price is steep. Also, if you don't have a garage, the parking is scarce. That's probably my only complaint aside from the price. Otherwise, this is a nice apartment complex.
