These apartments are expensive for what you're getting. The management is doing a poor job maintaining it. In the breeze ways there is always garbage flying around. When you have a maintance problem, its takes them forever to come fix it.

They really should re-evaluate their management and either lower their prices to reflect what you get for your rent money (renters have rights too) or fix the place up and better manage it where you can maintain the prices.

The parking situation is also very bad.

Someone really needs to step up and doing something about this place.
