This is a pretty place, but property management ruins it. Good luck getting any help if you need it. I have told them of health violations (on some instances daily) and yet nothing gets done about it. The fountain water has become so green that if you throw a rock on it the rock will float and you can smell the water 50 yards away. I have complained and complained and when a different tenant complained they claimed that they had no idea that there was a problem... the kicker here, they still didn't do anything about it for an additional 2 weeks. They never deliver or notify guests of deliveries. On 2 separate occasions I had packages delivered by FedEx and the office staff signed for them. I was never notified of the packages and they sat in the office for over a week. I only found out they were there when I called FedEx to see what was going on. Don't get me started on the maintenance... they use the property garages as their own private junk yards and leave junked up cars and kitchen appliances overflowing out of them and into the parking lot (boy is that classy!). The bathrooms at the pool never have paper, the toilets hardly ever work (once they didn't even have a handle to flush) and they are always filthy. They let dog bags run out so residents then don't pick-up the waste and they leave the waste on sidewalks and the tennis court and never clean it. There was a huge pile of dog waste on the tennis court for several weeks until the rain finally dissolved it. Property management lies and tells you they have done things and everyone there will give you a different story when you confront them on issues not being resolved. The security gates NEVER work and when they are occasionally working they leave one side open all day until around 4:30 when people start returning from work and then they shut it (very secure way of doing things).
