This place is horrible to live. The property is attractive to look at from the outside, but good luck getting anything fixed if it breaks. Property management does not lift a finger to assist residents. Recently, we went 2 months without any bags in the poop disposal area. I personally told management on numerous occasions and I know several other tenants complained as well. We were often told that they had them and didn't know why they weren't up yet. Trash often washed up from the marina and is not picked up and then it blows all over the property. Parking is joke. My husband actually had his car booted and he has a valid parking pass, yet broken down cars are allowed to sit abandoned by previous tenants. Property management claims most of the garages and they pile up broken down appliances outside of them so it looks like a junkyard. Rent prices are unreal. We are paying almost $1500 a month for a 1 bedroom and our neighbors are paying $1200 for a 2 bedroom. They bump prices whenever they want. Most of the lights on the marina do not work and hall lights often go at least a month before they are fixed.
