so true and much more, tennants cars towed with out no notice, rats! I had those to, 18 total we caught,true! roofs have not been repaired since hurricanes, we have leaks. drugs, car theft, a public phone downstairs , thats a major landmark for the drug dealing, and hang out,neighbors leaving all there garbage outside,pigeon galor! pigeon ----! all over, human urine in elevators, and at one point, human poop,hallway railings that are unsafe, and have been replaced not with the original railing, but! with wood, and concrete,the entire neighborhood can have use to the pool,they shut off water supply with out any notices, electrical problems, lights go out, you cant shut off electrical outlets from your breaker box,filthy hallways,area by mail box, tennants throw alot of there mail on floor,maintenace can take forever! to take care of problems,roaches,lights in some parking areas, especially the building where all the drug activity happens are shut off, dark, no security at all,tennants throw there garbage not! in the dumpster, but! outside dumpster, cats roaming around, well! that a good Idea cause of the huge rats they have at carib Villas Apts, and much more!!!!!, I dont recommend that anyone move here, and have to deal with this type of situation, when you are a paying tennant, and all this happens at Carib Villas Apts, on Carribean Blvd., sw 200 st, Cutler Bay Florida, South Miami Heights. its a shame! been on the news to, for not meeting up with the requirements of sectin 8, and all the complaints.

AGREE TOTALLY!!!! EVER THING MENTIONED IS SO TRUE!!!!THERE WAS NO EXAGGERATION TO FACTS PROVIDED!!! MY CAR HAVE BEEN TOWED W/OUT NOTICE. WHEN YOU FILL OUT AN APPLICATION YOU PROVIDE YOUR CAR INFORMATION THEREFORE IT SHOULD BE NO HASSLE FOR RENT OFICE TO PROVIDE A FAIR WARNING BEFORE TOWING ENFORCEMENT TAKES PLACE. THERE IS NO ASSIGNED PARKING, WHICH MEANS IF YOU WORK LATE-YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!!! ALL COMMENTS MADE IN PREVIOUS STATEMENT ARE TRUE. ELEVATORS ARE ALWAYS PISSY AND NEVER WORKS.. IF YOU LIVE ON THE 2ND OR 3RD FLOOR YOU HAVE TO USE STAIRS TO MAKE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO BRING IN GROCERIES AND ALSO IF YOU DO LAUNDRY THROUGH OUTSIDE RESOURCES BECAUSE WASHER AND DRYER UNITS ARE VERY SMALL. MAINTENANCE REALLY DOES TAKE FOREVER, I ORDERED A LIGHT BULB IN 2007 AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET. EXPECT TO PAY NEARLY $200 PER MONTH ON YOUR LIGHT BILL; B/C THE UNITS ARE OLD AND I DONT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME MY FILTER WAS CHANGED. FUTHERMORE, FOR WHATEVER REASON THE APPT COMPLEX TENDS TO SHUT OFF WATER WITHOUT NOTICE AND IT CAN LAST FROM THIRTY MINUTES TO AN HOUR. I WAS LATE TO A JOB INTERVIEW BECAUSE I COULDNT SHOWER. HALLWAY RAILINGS ARE REPLACED BY WOOD, I HAVE TO HOLD MY CHILD'S HAND JUST SO SHE WONT FALL OVER. THE POOL IS ALWAYS DIRY, IT HASNT BEEN CLEAN EVER SINCE I MOVED HERE. OVERALL THE APPT COMPLEX IS LIVEABLE-BUT JUST BE SAFE BECAUSE THERE HAS BEEN NUMEROUS BREAKINS REPORTED WITHIN A ONE YEAR PERIOD.
