Moving here was a big mistake

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
I have been staying here for only a few weeks and already i feel like i have made a big mistake by moving here. It's noisy, people hanging in out in hallways smoking weed, neighbors blasting music. When you call management to complain they tell you to call the police. I definitely will not be renewing a lease.
