I moved here in January 2004. Even though there were very few problems that I noticed, I understood when I moved in that a new manager had just arrived and things would only get better. Since then, I have seen many, many, many positive things happen and I know the staff is working hard on getting any problem corrected. Community parties/functions are happening every month, which I am not accustom to living in a rental community. These functions allow me a chance to meet my neighbors which I love, and also brings us closer as a community. Management seems to be very professional, very friendly, but at the same time firm on the way the property is managed. I really think I made the right choice, and I would gladly recommend this community to anyone. It is more expensive than some of the other communities in the area, but I get more in this community than I ever expected. From full size washer/dryer, to vallet trash removal. My opion is, "It's a great place to live".
