From the day I moved in untill the day I moved out I had cockroaches all over my three bedroom apartment in the cascades. It was horrible!!! I had to call the exterminator every single weekend and it still did not help at all. The management did not do anything at all to help. Nor did they offer us anything complimentary to compensate for it. I spent $1400 a month to live with an infestation of cockroaches! DO NOT rent here!

I lived there also, and could not stand the gangsters at night. During the day everything is quite all right, but at night... You better watch out!
