I lived here for abouth two months now and I love it. I live about 30 feet from the pool area, wich is well maintained. Evry morning someone will pick the leaves that have fallen on the water during the night, so the pool is always clean. The walkways are free of leaves too and very clean. The apartment is very nice, the fridge and laundry appliances are excelent and in nice working order. I do have some problems with noisy people on the pool at night, but this is not the administrations fault (altough they should do something about it). My only complaint is not having a gate or security. I was thinking: someone could come from some other place in town, get inside here, use our pool, leave, and nobody would notice. This scares me a little bit. I read the thing about coackroaches, and I never saw one around here, not even outside of the apartment. I live in the ground floor, and never had any coackroaches getting in my apartment. The only thing are geckos! Those cute thins will come in the apartment once a week, so i just pick it up and put it outside again. If you are scared of geckos you wont like it here :-)
