We've lived here for quite a few years now and to be honest, the only thing keeping us here is convenience and our child's school. In comparing this complex to years past, I see the 'quality' of people moving in and have to question what credentials they utilize to admit the people in this community now a days!'' I've seen drug transactions occuring in late hours of the night right in the parking lot; Loitering is almost abusive in the parking lot as sometimes we see over 10 teenagers at one time just hanging out on top of vehicles and playing loud, offensive music past 11pm and please don't ask about the visitors that some of our neighbors have...look and act straight-from-jail material and half the time act either drugged or intoxicated. Personally, we're very disappointed that a community we've loved for so long for it's beautiful lake and surroundings has turned to such TRASH!!!

That's why I moved out. Could not stand the noise at night - my apt. was by the pool on the 3 floor. There was partying by the pool till 4 in the morning. The music the "kids" played by the pool where super offensive to say the least. I had to call security every night, every night, every day. Got tired, I was paying too much money. Hope things changed - this was in 2005.
