First of all, I want to say that when I moved in, the original staff was very polite. It seemed they got rid of them and now have people permanently upset everytime I walk through those doors. The only time they are happy is when they get the rent check. Prices are too high, My car was damaged from stupid kids around, the pool is disgusting. The spa' Never been to it. The state of art gym' MHM. The apartment itself is cozy but cheap carpeting for HIGH fees to be charged when you leave. The laminate flooring is sooo bad. It rips, we get charged and it seems like everytime someone new moves in, they just layer the new floor over the other moldy one. The bathroom stays humid when you get out. The cool air never passed through the master bedroom vent which is proly why. The stove is old! Everytime we called them, I was always put on hold for tremedous amounts of time. Must be fear. Manager is so unprofessional and rude, and always hiding out from confrontation. Not a great experience for my first time renting. But then again what do you expect when the staff doesnt care much. Other than the nightmares of living there, the mailman is kind, theres valet trash, and the maintenance guys are kind hearted. STILL NOT RECOMMENDED. Dont waste your time or money or stress yourself trying with this community. No one will care.
