The complex does not have any gated entrance nor does it have any security cameras. The security van does a round of the Hammocks area and visits in SUV once every hour which is not enough to prevent car break-in or car jacking. Both incidents happened in the parking lots during evening time withint the last 2 months (Aug and Oct 07). Even the office managers car was broken into! Ask for the records as to the number of times a police report was generated due to the security issues at the main office before renting!!
I will not recommend anyone moving into the apartment unless the situation is improved. There are plenty of apts with gated entrance and are better equipped security wise and with lesser rent. Please do not spend your $$$ on this place.
