This is the best place I have ever lived. Right on the bay and the other residents are fantastic. It is too bad the place is being sold to a developer and replaced with 1.75 million dollar condos. This was the last place a working person could afford to live on the bay.

Gee, I hope so. I moved out in 2006 and I loved the place. Sat thru hurricane Wilma with no damage at all and had electricity the next day since we were right next door to the hospital
