LOVE THIS BUILDING! Yes, the building is old and the AC units are window units, the floors in the halls are not shiny, you can tell that the building could use some renovations...

However, the price is great for such a location...$900 for one bedroom townhouse.

There are studios and one bedroom townhouses, approximately 40 apartments total in the building.

It is just off Sunset Place! There is Publix within walking distance, Barnes and Nobles, metro station ( only 7 minutes walking distance),beautiful clean park right next to the complex.

The management is very nice and efficient! I would highly recommend this place.

I was searching for Miami apartments for 6 weeks day and night before we relocated here...this is definitely the best deal for the people who do not want or cannot afford to waste money on fancy buildings with doorman, etc...

Inside the apartment, up the stairs, there is a wooden ceiling in one corner of the bedroom-very romantic! But, most of all...LOCATION Is the best I have encountered in this city, and especially for the price...GO FOR IT!!!A perfect place for students and professionals! Each units gets itw own parking! In addition, I was doing some comparison pricing...if this building were new and renovated, due to its PERFECT location, the rent would easily run almost twice as much!!!Even though it is close to one of the most popular spots in Miami ( Sunset place, 5 minute walking distance), it is very quite!!! Great value!
