This apartment is a pretty good deal. It's greatest attribute is its location. The building is a block from Sunset Place, the open-air mall in South Miami and well within walking distance of several restaurants. The area is continuing to grow. Traffic has picked up with the recent addition of a Whole Foods market next door, but it hasn't been much of a problem. There is also a Publix across the street as well as a Gardeners Market close by. Finally, the Metrorail and the University of Miami campus are both a short walk from the building.

The one-bedroom apartments are a spacious two floors with a very large floor to ceiling window. The AC is a wall unit, but it is more than capable of keeping the place cool. The management is very helpful when it comes to repairs and have promptly replaced a faulty stove and water heater without any additional charge. There is a pool that is clean, although needs to be resurfaced. Also, the laundry room has three sets of washers and dryers that do break down on occasion though are typically repaired in a timely fashion. Each apartment is alloted only one parking space.

This is the third apartment I have rented in Miami and it has been by far the best rental experience thus far.
